IMPORTANCE OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY FOR THE INCREASING OF THE HEALTH QUALITY OF LIFE IN ADULTS
Abstract
The importance of systematic physical activity for the increasing of health in adults is explained in this paper. The factors that characterized the quality of life and the interrelation among them and the practice of physical exercises, permits the arrival to longevity with a better physical and functional capacity, giving a better health. The elements that should be taken into account for the development of physical capacity and functional possibilities. Â
