Handball Group Offensive Actions

Abstract

Working with offensive strategies, particularly group actions in feminine handball, has a remarkable role when achieving success in the game. In this regard, it must be learned by performing complex skills. Dealing with such problems from the sports training sessions was the objective of this research. In this sense, a methodological alternative was presented through which every player access the learning object within the group offensive tactical actions teaching process. This alternative deepened the planning process of the content sports training and the usage of the most appropriate training methods, for new and advanced athletes within the different school categories in Holguin. Theoretical, empirical, and mathematical methods were used. They allowed diagnosing the current state of the 15-16-year-old handball players, from the Initiation Sports School (EIDE by its Spanish acronym) in Holguin, as well as the assessment of the feasibility of the proposal.
