Abstract

The need to increase the quality of the recreational service and the satisfaction of the clients, of the Hotel Paradisus Rio de Oro Resort & SPA for the First Choice segment of Great Britain who currently occupy the greatest weight in hotel stays. The objective of the research was aimed at designing strategies that lead to opportunities for improvement in the service of recreation to the aforementioned tourist facility that will enhance the effectiveness of the service to achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction. In the development of the research, theoretical methods were used, such as analysis and synthesis, theoretical-historical, systemic, hypothetical- deductive; and in the empirical participant observation. The main results were the development of strategies for the improvement of the hotel recreation service based on the detection of the improvement opportunities detected.
