Games to enhance the technic in weightlifters of 11-12 years of Holguin

The present investigation happens due to the identification of insufficiencies in the technical execution of the athletes of weightlifting 11-12 years old of the Sports Center Feliú Leyva of the municipality Holguín, during the realization of the classical exercises in competitions. Taking into consideration the particularities of weightlifting as well as the system of competition established for the category of ages, it is important for athletes to manifest an effective execution of the movements that guarantee a better use of their physical attributes in order to achieve better results. The objective of the investigation was intended as to elaborate and to apply during the workouts a set of games that provoke positive changes in the athletes. They there were utilized different methods of the theoretic, empiric and statistic-mathematic levels that allowed carrying out the different stages of the research process. After applying the games according with the specific needs of athletes, it could be proved the fact that these influenced positively the quality of the technical execution while decreasing the errors that they were presenting.
