Physical Activities for the Development of Self-Expression

Physical Education is a pedagogical process with the role of training students. It uses the social environment experiences where students live, so it is better for their comprehensive development from the actions they fulfilled within this class. In reaching this objective, it is necessary to strengthen contents that potentiate creativity through the development of self-expression through movement. Hence, this research aimed at designing physical activities to develop such self-expression within the Physical Education classes in School District No. 45 from Lubango. In the research process theoretical, empirical, and statistical methods were used. From the results obtained is proposed an organized structure system containing theoretical aspects. They are objective, diagnosis, physical activities, allocation, and teaching suggestions. They must improve the development of creativity and imagination from the Physical Education classes.
