Played Forms to Improve Constant Attacks of the 10-12-Year-Old Handball Male Team

This article discusses the importance of working with played forms to teach the constant attacks in handball from the initial training process, which can help achieve an excellent affective and motivational state among players. Furthermore, they are a multifactor variable depending on diverse aspects. It is the coach who reaches, with his planned intervention, the formative effects within the teaching-learning process. However, not enough studies are dealing with sports training to support this group's offensive tactic based on alternative models. This article aims at developing forms to improve the constant attacks in the 10-12-year-old male handball squad Clube Sporting do Lubango from a participative and significant process of understanding the game. Hence, the methodology used theoretical and empirical methods to analyze the results. The novelty is on the played forms as a new element for coaches. It constitutes a valuable practical reference concerning the current teaching of team sports in the initial training stage.
