Psychopedagogical tasks for the accuracy of throws in the individual exercises of rhythmic gymnastics

Today there is an increasing need to perfect the throws that are made with the different devices in the individual routines in rhythmic gymnastics, since their demands are increasingly greater within the current Code of Points. This involved studying some basic psychoregulatory components that are at the base of the precision of these throws, since deficiencies were presented in the training process of these techniques in many of the gymnasts who pass through the base of high performance. As part of the study, theoretical and practical methods were used that allowed us to study the situation enunciated, including observation, which was key in the diagnosis made and guided us towards the elaboration of psychopedagogical tasks for the precision of the throws in the individual exercises in rhythmic gymnastics, these tasks constituted the main result of this research. The importance of the basic psychoregulatory components of the movement technique and the need to keep them in mind during training was highlighted, since the state of development that they possess in the athletes, will depend on the efficiency of their throws in the competitions.
