The article that is presented highlights the importance of the treatment of the didactic components in the technical-tactical preparation of soccer players, it recognizes methodological limitations in this subject. It responds to needs declared in the national and provincial strategies of the sport of Soccer; as well as, to technological demands around the didactics of this sport. Therefore, it constitutes a theoretical and methodological proposal aimed at coaches to achieve adequate planning, organization, execution, control of the preparation of soccer players. For such purposes, methods of the theoretical, empirical and mathematical level were used, from which insufficiencies in this process were revealed.
