DIDACTIC ALTERNATIVE TO DEVELOP THE ALIMENTARY CULTURE OF TRAINERS IN THEIR FORMATIVE PROCESS
Abstract
The paper gives a didactic alternative to contribute to the development of the alimentary culture of trainers through their formative process. The process deals with two stages: basic formation and postgraduate one. It has as guide the role of alimentation in the human health and the sport’s results, and involves five stages: characterization, definition, design, application and evaluation; with actions to contribute to the development of positive alimentary attitudes. The paper doesn’t imply changes in the curriculum, but takes the advantages it gives and also takes the possibilities of the postgraduate superation. Â
