Mode of action of the professional of physical culture, result of a process

Abstract

This research is the result of the professional training line from the design of the main discipline integrating the career Degree in Physical Culture. For the development of this work, different research methods of theoretical and empirical level were used, as well as interview techniques, surveys of specialists, methodologists and practicing professionals that allowed to diagnose the main insufficiencies in the way of action of this professional. Broad profile, from the direction of the educational process of Physical Culture as an invariant skill, having as support the spheres of action in the basic links: the school as the most important cultural center of the community and the sports team. The design of the methodological work of the main integrating discipline is carried out and its repercussion in the academic year that is finally validated in that collective of work.
